Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common, and treatable. This quick online screener can help you to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. If you screen positive, you can contact Wellness Services for further information, to schedule an appointment or to find a community provider who meets your needs.
